Gated Community Project – VS Mithra Group, Venkatapuram

This large-scale gated community project for VS Mithra Group near Venkatapuram consists of approximately 145 G+2 3BHK villas designed across various plot sizes to suit different family requirements and lifestyles. The entire development was carefully planned with a strong focus on Vastu principles, climatology, functionality, and modern community living to create a balanced and comfortable residential environment.

Our scope of work included complete architectural consultation, master layout planning, and detailed villa design development. The layout was designed in compliance with government norms and urban planning regulations, ensuring proper road networks, ventilation, open spaces, and efficient land utilization throughout the community.

We also assisted in obtaining layout permissions and approvals, streamlining the regulatory process for the project. In addition to the villa designs, our team developed detailed floor plans and realistic 3D elevation renderings to provide a clear visualization of the overall architectural character of the community.

Beyond the residential units, we designed the clubhouse and the main community entrance, creating welcoming and functional shared spaces that enhance the identity of the development. Our involvement also extended to the creation of the project brochure, helping present the project with a professional and visually appealing brand image.

The project is currently gearing up for construction, marking the next phase in bringing this thoughtfully planned gated community to life.
